PLEASE READ: (Some Friendly Advice to Make Ordering Easier)
First of all, write down the Item # of each item(s) you are ordering, and the price of each item BEFORE selecting the order method below. It will make it a lot easier for you. Then, choose "Ship Now" or "Lay-Away" (below) to get the actual "Order Page". Be SURE to fill out the form completely including your e-mail address so we may acknowledge your order! AVOID using the "enter" key until the form is completely filled out - otherwise, it will send us an incomplete order! (If you do use the "enter" key by mistake, just use your browser "back button" and the form will re-appear so you can complete it, no big deal)
When ordering on our secure order page, after you press the "Submit" button, you will see a page that says "Form Submission Results". This means we have received the order, and you don't need to send it again and again. After we have received the order, and made sure the items are here and available for shipment, we will send an e-mail acknowledging the order. This confirmation may take anywhere from a few minutes to a day or so. If you did not put your correct e-mail address on the order, we cannot acknowledge the order, but we will process it anyway if we can. |

We have received several phone calls, and e-mails
from customers thinking our Secure Order Pages were not "secure". They are,
and always have been. Now, this page is not secure -
only when you "Press #1 or #2" above, to get the actual Order Pages will
it be "secure". We think what is confusing some people is that the
secure "lock" which has normally been shown in the lower right hand corner
of your screen while on our secure page has been re-located on some versions
of the Internet Explorer browser.
If you are on AOL, for example, the lock will show in the lower right hand of your screen like the photo below:
If you are on a newer version of Internet Explorer,
the lock may show in the address line, like the photo below:
And, which ever version you are on, the "address" of
the secure page will start with "https", instead of just "http", like in
the photo below:
